How to make a half recipe of Nestles Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies 

This video shows students how to make some delicious and traditional "Americana" Toll House Cookies from scratch! This recipe is cut in half to save time, and has one slight modification in which we used 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar and a 1/4 Cup of granulated Sugar to impart more complex flavor and appearance!
