Do you have an old t-shirt and scissors? If you do then you can make this simple headband. This is one of the most comfortable headbands I've ever worn.
thank you for this tutorial!!! I normally don't like headbands because they hurt but this headband was super comfortable!!! Thank you!! you are really awesome at instructing and I felt as though I was talking to you face to face
Thanks for the video. It was real easy to understand and you showed all your steps really well. Sure beats paying for them and it's a great way to recycle old t-shirts, especially your favorite old t-shirt or perhaps one that is sentimental that a family member wore. I liked everything except the hot glue. But then again, I can sew a little and I know some people don't sew and you were only trying to keep it real simple. Great tutorial none the less.
Very well explained. I like that you did not rush through it and explained each step as too many videos rush through the steps. Great for beginners and your headband looked great. Simple but effective. I too would have had the knot off centre as it just looks better. Thanks for the video :)
Thank you for this wonderful video. I struggled with all the glue I finally took a tiny rubber band over all of the ends and sewed across all chords back-and-forth a couple of times then snip the rubber band. Then I sewed a band inside out across the area and turned it right side out so you couldn’t see the seam
I LOVE your videos. I think I have watched about half already and am slowly working my way thru the rest. I wish more RU-vid vids were as good as yours.
I just found your headband tutorial and I wish I found it earlier because I just recycled my clothes. Waaaaaah ;'( But I am definitely going to try this. :)
Great upcycling! For a less bulky back, I just uncurl the strands so they lie flat again, overlap, then run a stitch through. Hand or machine stitch. Then I give that a tug and it curls up again, hiding the stitches 😊
Me too. I've been burnt too many times with hot glue. I have a craftsman hot glue gun that gets super hot. Skin being ripped off is not an option for me anymore. But, I guess for people who can't sew, then get out the band-aids and ointment. lol
Daddy:honey wheres my favorite shirt Mommy:i made it an headband Daddy😡WHATT!!!!!! IT HAS THE SIGN OF ADAM Mommy:sorry hon Daddy:THATS IS WHERE BREAK UP 🔫the end🔫
You could use E6000 glue or any glue that is suitable for fabric such as Aleen's Fabric Fusion. Just make sure that the glue dries completely after each step! Happy crafting!
+vijay sakshi Thank you! Knots are not my strong point! Thank you for sharing the actual name of the knot. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment! xo
