Am trying to do this so you do you measure the entire top table around or half way ? The entire high chair ( standard) is 40 inch? The front is 23 inches

Thanks so much for watching! Yes, you sure can! Just measure around your table for the length of your string and then measure from the tabletop to the floor (or how long you want it to be) and add an inch for knotting to get the size of your tulle length. :)
Hello! I used 2 gold spools and 1-1/2 pink spool the pink spool was 25 yards. I don't have any gold left so I don't remember how many yards were on that spool but it was less than the pink. If your craft store allows, return any of your unopened spools for a refund. :) Thanks for watching!
