I really enjoyed the video, the whole cutaway concept is pretty cool. As far as the finish product goes, Idk about anyone else, but personally I think the car turned out great! If you didn't know any better you'd think it came that way. On a side note I noticed the file you were using looked pretty rusty and clogged up. You can easily sharpen and clean files by soaking them in distilled Vinegar. Just toss them in a Vinegar bath for a few hours to a few days or more depending on how bad they are. Then pull them out and dunk them into a baking soda and water mixture to clean any residue left off and to neutralize the Vinegar. After that give them a good coating of WD-40 to prevent them from rusting again. Also you can use regular old Chalk to help prevent files from clogging up. Just rub the file with the chalk and you're good.

Seeing that car after it was blasted and polished with steel wool reminds me of what I think it'd look like after a real cars unibody was stamped out of steel. It'd be neat to make a car assembly plant dirama by cutting up multiple cars and making an assembly line.

Great video - I might suggest politely that you consider some gloves to avoid pesky shards of metal or filings from poking your fingers, and accidents. The sandblasting is very clever. This is a terrific entry - and feel free to do these different types of video. The vacuum resin blocks are still amazing.
