Really well done. I’ve been doing painted tiles for a while now and my results are similar. I don’t use a jig though as the material is heavy enough that it doesn’t move while engraving. Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed your presentation and detail.

One of the things I was considering was the possibility of taking it with me to my booth at the local Farmers Market and creating personalized items on site (while you wait). Do you see that as feasible, given the amount of time it takes to cut or engrave various items?

@@FullSailDale1 I have seen people do this but it does take some time to print depending on the settings and how big of print there is. If it's a small item that you can do over and over will be awesome but if it's random bigger items with a lot of engraving that's what times an hour plus of time. So I'd stick to Small items like dog tags, knifes, flashlight, pencils, ect.

Good job on this video my friend, Thanks for taking the time to share this with us, Quick question, I thought the laser had auto focus, if it does why do you need to manually set the thickness, Sorru, I dont know just looking at options. Thanks Dale

This is an older video before auto focus came out, you can now use auto focus

I got the magnets from Amazon. However I started using honeycomb pins that you can make with the laser instead. You can find the free file to them on the Glowforge fourms.
