I love the variety of great meals, but I made your Lime Pound Cake.....omg.. it was so beautiful, looked just like yours...until it didn't. IT FELL! I have never seen that before. I've heard of it but it never happen to me. WHAT DID I DO WRONG! I did open the oven door! I know you're not suppose to do that, but it was so brown, I thought I'd just touch the top to see if it was done. It had been in the oven about 45 minutes. I guess it wasn't done. Wow, is it a temperamental cake? Please, give me some advice Charlie. It tasted fantastic though. I hope you get this message soon because I wanted this cake for Christmas. This one won't make it...lol..

Hi Charlie. I made this cake for someone last night and OH MY GOSH how DELICIOUS and moist. Three people asked me to make them one for Thanksgiving and three for Christmas. I cant wait to try another recipe. I think its going to be the sweet potato pound cake.
I made this cake it calls for to much sugar next time I will do 2 cups instead of 3 but the cake was off the chain I shared it with my neighbors.Thank you, Mr Charlie Andrews one of the baddest cook and baker in the business!!! I made my first cake from s starch by watching your videos , so far I’ve made your chocolate cake recipe and icing , pineapple cake , and last week I made your key lime cake recipe and everybody had a fit over your recipe. Now I have been asked by a friend to make her sister “get together “ cake . And I’m making your Strawberry Short Cake recipe . Making your recipe is like therapy for me and it helps with my anxiety . For years I wanted to make a cake from scratch. But was scared ppl wouldn’t like my cakes. Boy was I wrong they love your recipes THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing with us and my family ❤️
