I love this idea and I have never seen one made before. If I were to make one - I would buy a clear glass vase with a wider mouth and buy one of those Bible verse stencils to put on the glass for an added surprise when getting down to the bare bones. Awesome idea. When you move into a condo in my complex in the kitchen the new resident finds a basket of cool items for the kitchen and for the bathroom to get you started. When I moved here in 2000 there wasn't even a roll of TP on the roller. Your video was published 7 years ago this week. I hope you are still well and crafting. - Rebekah in Alexandria, VA
I like that so much, I might go to Dollar Tree and still see if they're selling Chef-decorated towels, then come home and make one to put in my kitchen as decor! Fantastic!
Very cute! Great little gift for a college student starting out in their own apartment. Would love to see a video for a higher end towel gift that we could give at a bridal shower.
An easier way to do it without the glass is the wrap the wooden utensils first with the wash cloths, then roll the 1st towel around them then put the oven mitt behind them then wrap the last towel around those. Then you don't have to get a glass and only use one rubber band. :)
I made this for a wedding shower I am going to today. I didn't make a video but I have a picture I can send you. How do it do that? Her colors were black and red. I used a utensil crock I found at TJMaxx along with some red utencils. It turned out perfect!
