Gear mesh at the motor is off. If the teeth are still good, adjust the mesh so there is just a little play between the motor spur, and the trans gear. Good luck man

Sounds like gears are stripped check your gears

Try using the flint's that you would use when sparking a torch.

Are those good for life or do they run out or you have to buy new ones
