Very good. There's a question I want to ask. Can you drink water from this canteen? Is there a possibility of water leaking from the bottle over time due to use?

water yes. Not hot water :). If you use enough beeswax, it won't leak.

I saw few of this and I'm always worried about use of glue. Is this just any glue or some special food safe glue? Is the glue even necessary?

the glue is only under the stitching, it makes the work easy. Beeswax will cover everything.

only water, no alcohol, it will solve the beeswax.
