INGREDIENTS
• 1 lime
• 2-4 jalapeño slices
• 60 ml (2 oz) tequila
• 15 ml (½ oz) orange liqueur*
• Ice
• 120 ml (4 oz) ginger beer (+/- to top off)
• Mint leaves for garnish.

DIRECTIONS
1. Add 3 lime wedges and 3 jalapeño slices to a glass or copper mug.
2. Muddle until limes are juiced and infused with the jalapeño.

4. Fill mug with ice.
5. Top off with ginger beer. Stir if desired.
6. Garnish with lime, jalapeño, and mint.
