Awesome work and video, there's not enough great demos like this out there! What type of foam are you using?

Thank you! I use almost any type of foam. That's doesn't matter much. Nowadays I cover it with tin foil. That protects the clay from foam particles. Clay - Chavant Autostyle clay. Frame - regular PVC plastic from the hardware store.

Wow. That's amazing. What clay do you use and is that cardboard or soft wood on the body outline? Where do you get that wide scraper tool? Thanks for sharing, this is just tops. You are obviously very talented.

Thank you very much 😉. I use Chavant Autostyle clay and Chavant NSP. I use regular PVC plastic and foam to create a base. You can use plywood and any foam. All the tools I bought online. I have tools by Chavant, some tools I bought in the local art store. Thank you 😉👍

@@designerwithacamera I'd love to know: how do you get perfect mirror symmetry from right to left? Is it just eyeball, or do you use some special tool to check that curves are identical on both sides? If I modeled the same thing twenty times, I'd get twenty different versions of the same thing, so I can't imagine getting perfect mirror symmetry by eye alone... Curious how you do it!

I use 2 types of tools and base with the grid. 1. I use tracing profile gauge and high gauge to make templates and found points in the space
