My buddy has a whole section growing on his fence in his yard, I noticed that they have these orange bulbs that look like fruit. I opened one up and inside is kind of soft like cotton and has red seeds like pomegranate, so my question is, are their “fruits edible”?

No for axenty and sleep problems you have to use passiflora incarnata 😅 . Passiflora incarnata make beautiful flower 😊
