Scrambled eggs were the very first food I learned how to cook (I was 6yo) but now in my 30s fried eggs (over medium) are my favorite way to eat eggs nowadays. Pairs well with savory white rice trust me. Quick, simple and delicious, good video 👍🏾

I personally hate a rubbery outer, but a golden crisp gives it flavor and a textur to be enjoyed! This video is the first one I came across looking up how too fry an egg and I’ll tell ya what this right here works great ! Good video

I have been watching a few videos about fried eggs . I decided to make mine in a small stainless steel frying pan . My Teflon pan is too large for one egg . I used oil and butter and covered the egg with a cover but I don ‘t have a glass cover to see the egg . It turned out fine. However, I learned how to make a nice scrambled egg with my SS pot . You just have to be careful with the heat ! If I see it’s cooking too fast I just take it off the heat for a few seconds and than put it back on the burner for a few more seconds . It seems to work and thanks for the video 👍😊

I was never taught how to cook. Idk where to start. Im 24 and deal with alot of family issues and have disabilities that prevented me from getting to cook. It feels stupid to start here but i dont think you understand how helpful it is to teach something so simple. Thank you.
