I think you need to have a very hot pan/turn up the heat a lot before putting the egg in. And I'm not sure if it's just stirred egg or if a few things have been added to make it a bit more firm.

High heat is part of it. The other part is the oil. High heat without lots of oil will just burn the egg to the pan. I might have experience with that.

우와 회오리 오므라이스를 만들다 보면 계란이 중간에 엄청나게 자주 찢어져서 만들어 먹기가 엄청나게 힘들게 되는데 이렇게나 예쁜 방식으로 회오리 오믈렛을 만들다니 엄청나게 대단하신거 같습니다. 요리 실력이 정말이지 말로 할 수 없을정도로 뛰어나신거 같습니다.

Tbh this is probably easier than a normal omelette; it uses a higher heat, more oil and the technique makes it faster to cook :)

this is not an omelette. omelettes are left alone until the eggs cook, omelletes are folded over, omelletes have a filling(usually) this is just glorified scrambled eggs, which do look pretty but its all going to look the same in 5 minutes anyway.

I’m sure you could go to Gordon Ramsey’s video where he cooks baby food styled eggs and cheer that you can finally make a good dish to your stupid American family who thinks your crap cooking tastes worst than McDonald’s but are too polite to tell you because your personality also sucks.
