cool video, did I miss how thick the foam is?

Will follow the instructions but what hook size is the foam cut for: 8/0 or 6/0? According to my calculations, it should fit a SL12S 8/0. Thanks!

Temujindengeki I used to put this on a 6/0 but now you are right fits an 8/0 perfectly. Now for a 6/0 I make it 4cm long , all other dimension the same.

Thanks, I've already made some cutouts in 2 sizes. Getting the right foam in here was a chore so I had to buy it from an U.K. seller.

Veniard micro cellular plastazote foam. If you do a seach on ebay on that string, you'll find it with U.K. sellers.

Just wanting to know what type of foam you use? Have tried this with some PE foams but they are too soft.
