your build has only one flaw the base needs to be adjustable so you can use more than that small area of the blade, use as much as you can blades aren't cheap unless you buy cheap blades then good luck but other than that great build.
how to figure the length of actuator arm, to move saw 10" --- from center of drive to hole for actuator, how far from center do you place the drive arm connection > Thanks
@@zanelile761 pretty simple if you have a 4 inch wheel the blade will use 4 inch of cutting surface (2inch either side of centre) 6 inch wheel will use 6 inch of blade etc etc but the bigger the wheel the greater need for gears from motor to wheel
