Here is the RECIPE:
Soak overnight (at least 12 hours) 2 TBSP of Fenugreek Seeds in 1 Cup of Aloe Vera Juice. Add 1/4 tsp of MSM and 1 TBSP of your favorite hair oil. Shake well. Spritz 2 to 3 times a week!

Vitamin E only acts as a preservative for oils, preventing them to go rancid. I’m afraid it’s only your faith in it that is actually preserving your aloe juice :)

I've been natural 6yrs soon to be 7. I been rocking the lowcut for a little over a year now. I've had moments where I've said I'm going to grow it back out but I have eczema terribly on my scalp when my hair grows. I can manage it better when it's low bc it's easier to keep my scalp oiled vs having to part my hair and oil it. Im going to try this fenugreek treatment and see how it goes. I'm grateful to have stumbled upon ur video on Bing search, while searching something that had nothing to do with hair. U and Ur pg are a gifts sent from the Devine Source Energy. After trying your original mix last September, this was the exact same variation I made lol. Now I use lavender and chamomile tea with the fenugreek and I add a bit of my oil to the mix as well. It smells divine and is so calming. I love using it before bed.

I am very impressed with your method. I have tried many different home remedies on my hair. I know of fenugreek as a conditioner but never used as a spritz. I made the mixture today with my fenugreek powder i had all the ingredients except the msm which i will get later. My hair is so soft and silky this is great. I sealed it with muru muru butter, capuacu butter, castor oil, and almond oil. This will definitely be my new go to method. I'm excited to see how the addition of msm and moringa will work with the rest of the ingredients.

Candiblue hi there. How does the powder work for you? I have the fenugreek powder and aloe powder. I have used them both in the oil and have had decent results with applying it to my hair. The powders have settled to the bottom.

May Aguon i use 1tsp of fenegreek powder and 1 cup of water then add it to the spray bottle. But i use a tea bag and i warm the water and let the tea bag steep in it then pour into the bottle

The other day i was just thinking after absorbing an astonomical amount of global and near catastrophes, what is the use😳😷. I am not a pessimistic or extreme optimistic. Still using this. Works ar maintaing full, thick hair. I use aloe juice not powder. Spritz three times a week. Also use immediately after shampoo and conditioning as a spritz before doing leave in and oil. MSM is more effective in liquids.

Love your videos. Simple and informative. Straight to the point. I have made his spritz a couple of times without adding the MSM or the hair growth oil and have been using this for almost 2 weeks. My hair feels and looks much thicker with no tangles! Inexpensive and easy to make. Going to be one of my staples from now on! Ife it is because of you and the knowledge you have provided for the use of fenugreek seeds and powder that it is a love of mine and my hair. I have been using the spritz for a year and some months. My hair has responded very well. Strength is amazing, less shedding, more manageable. So it's a keeper in my regimen along with using a henna spritz which complements my regimen very nicely and I think alternating between the henna spritz and fenugreek spritz has been positive for my hair. However the ends of my hair were rough, dry and unruly, so I trimmed about 2-3 inches after seeing your video when you trimmed your hair about a week and half ago. My hair feels so much better girl especially the ends. I find that I have to really pay attention to them and give them extra love and care. So I will be sure to moisturize them more often using the DIY oil with msm, she shea moisture jbco leave in and alternating between the two spritz. Also using this regimen for my edges diligently for 3 was on my edges too and so far so well at this point. Will keep you posted on this during the challenge. I will also be making this new spritz, you go Ife excited to try this new power spritz for the next wash day. Thank you so very much for this DIY recipe. Bless you

My henna spritz contains distilled water heated half tablespoon henna/cassia, 1tsp amla powder, 1tsp, brahmi or shikakai powder and lavender essential oil. I let the spritz rest for 24-48 hrs strain and you're done. Can last for 2-3 wks for me with refrigeration. As mentioned before my hair is so much more stronger and after trimming my hair less shedding. Ife you have been such an inspiration for me with your beautiful hair and wonderful personality. Thank you for all you do. Please let me know if you try the henna spritz and if you like it.

@@jeccym8715 I big chopped Oct 6. I had about 1 1/2 inches of hair at the longest section 😳. I’m still using fenugreek because my hair loves it. I switched to a daily spritz of distilled water & a light conditioner BUT I’m still using fenugreek in one way or another. My hair especially loves my pre-poo treatment of fenugreek and banana powder mixed with almond oil, and a little manukau honey. Or if I use a different prepoo treatment fenugreek will either be in my deep conditioner or in my leave-in. I’m retaining my length, my hair is getting fuller, and I’m not seeing any shedding #teamfenugreek. Thanks for checking back 🖤

I made this for the first time and added msm and vitamin c to my Aloe juice. I love it. I slept so well last night and added some more to my hair before I left on a car trip. I got into the car and my mom wanted to know why I smelled like maple syrup /breakfast 😂

I just made this with water and fenugreek capsules (I opened them up to get the powder out lol). My question is about using aloe juice. I keep trying it in my diy’s and my hair freaks out!! It gets wirey, frizzy and stands up. No amount of gel calms it down. Do you know why that is?

My hair reacts the same way. It is because of the amino acids in the Aloe Vera juice which are very small proteins. My low porosity hair is protein sensitive.
