Hello! (Professional Myth here,) While using plugins, be sure to make sure you have the right one, or have done research about it. Like free models, certain plugins could have viruses too! Another great tip is to dip your toes into the two major myth categories, the community, and the obscure. The community myth is probably the most easiest and fast growing myth category, and great for starters! In this category you get to make new friends, and team up with fellow myths and hunters! I recommend this as the Obscure myth is not so satisfactory, for you can only be friends with those in your myth (related to your story or whatever) and can join minimum groups, or no groups at all. Also limited to joining your own game. A great way to make unique stories is to go off of your fears, and then put it with your favorite or least liked thing, or even past real life experience. Example: "Hello I am John James, I am afraid of bees, I also watched a person die in a flower field" you could make a myth about it!, or even make some things up! Remember to always have fun when your a myth or hunter, as theres always a place for you in the esteemed myth communities! :)
Ex-Popular Myth here! Really focus on the characters in your story. Make sure they're all interesting and have their own backstories. You're going to also want to have a *good story* which may seem hard, but it takes time. Take the time to write out a good story, and maybe even gather some friends to make a group myth. Good luck!
@@gamercat1952 Yeah, i'd recommend it. Usually naming your myth around what it's based around helps. Ex. "DrRoses" A doctor who has roses stuck to their body due to a failed experiment.
Another few tips! - Not all myths have to be SCARY, I've seen a lot of small myths getting criticized over the fact that "they're not scary enough". A myth has to be mysterious, or make you feel like there's something wrong behind all of that account, like something is not normal, but it doesn't mean it has to SCARE you. - Your interaction with people affects your reputation, which this means, you'll need to be good with presenting yourself as a myth in other games. You can interact in all ways, you can be talkative, nice, or maybe quiet or not even talking at all, just walking around and being there, watching people. Players will see this unsettling too, and'll make them curious about who are you. Being nice and talking like a normal person, just to hide the fact you've done something. - Use good grammar, or... quirky grammar, sometimes good grammar is a pretty good way to present yourself, as for people, you'll give them a good impression. However, having a quirky grammar is not bad at all, like: "H3LL0 M7 F4I3ND." It's not bad, but try to not overuse the quirky grammar because people would get tired.
I've never been a myth by myself, I've been thinking a lot about being one in the past. People'd always confuse me as a myth because the way I dressed and the way I talked before. (It was funny sometimes)
This is probably the best "how to myth" which currently exists. Personally my advice for learning how to build, is look at other people's styles, and RU-vid tutorials, that's how I learned at least.
I'd also reccomend not referring to yourself as a myth, it's immersion breaking and to me myth status is something you earn through reputation and storytelling. It can come off as narcissistic.
if you arent very skilled in building games, i definitely recommend starting out with f3x. if you ever get stuck, just look up a tutorial on it (trust me, there will be one) use the 0.001 sizing thingy though, because its quite difficult to make smaller details with the 1 sizing. there are plenty of plugins to make your game look professional without actually having to code anything in, but do at least try to get familiar with coding because if you're going to expand your myth it'll be necessary.

The f3x plugin is very useful It has: Move Size thing Default texture changer + transparency and mirror thingy + image inserter Mesh changer Particles like fire, light, smoke and stuff CanCollision other stuff lol Basics: Duplicate Undo Redo Part Explorer Export idk everything

I normally hate it when people use free models, but this guy next notch sarcasm i just recommend dont use much free models, the one which are verified or are used aloat are fine, even if they are underrated. I recommend this plugin i think called zlock and also if you would like you can put an antivirus/anticheat/antiexploit/antihack Summary: Its fine to use free models, just make try to not make it obvious and try take viruses out and also to add an anticheat/exploit etc. Edit: For the best myths, use R6 Try your best and good luck!

Here is a myth I’m making! xMainyxRainyx Mainy is a 16 year old girl. She grew up with her twin (Rainy) and her best friend (Sunrise). But as she started growing up more, she became jealous of Rainy. She started doing things to harm Rainy. Like spread rumors, make games that could hurt her, etc. Mainy knew what she did was wrong but ignored it. One day Rainy exposed her and that made Mainy’s blood fume. She became very distant from Rainy, but she had a plan to ruin her life. I’m gonna continue making it later!

i really don't recommend this, because you'd have to be serious/in-character all the time on your main account, which can be very draining its overall better to make a new account with a fitting name, especially cus it just works better that way

Ooooh. That sounds like an AMAZING idea. What's the lore behind all of that? I have an idea: - You're a creation, made only to speak through emotions, you were made in New London Industries, NLI. These creatures are meant to be blind workmen that serve New London's new grand leader. But the problem was you were born with a flaw(You could make up some flaw or something that went wrong while creating it), so you are sent to the Great Dump(The name of an isle where all trash is abandoned). With that premise you could place some horror/macabre stuff, like other flaw-like creatures in there, so you have to hide from them, maybe that island is a truly anarquic-dystopia, maybe deficient books that were sent there and through them you can see the lore, etc... I know I made the entire bible here but It's just the idea I came up with. Hope it helps :D. Good luck with your myth.
@smsubmarine1037 hi again! turns out, I’ve figured out some good lore again for this myth! this character (EMOTI) and it’s partnering protagonist/deuteragonist (MODULE) are both robots, products of an industry attempting to rebuild society as they see fit: filled with autonomous, mindless people only seen as workers. however, my character had a flaw: it’s voicebox was completely destroyed in it’s making. it was cast away in ‘The Great Dump’ alongside a rather erratic and violent robot as well who was seen unfit to be apart of the workforce.
