How to make a Samurai Helmet out of Foam! I have always wanted a Samurai helmet so I figured it was about time to make one. This is an HD-Foam build so the helmet it extremely light and I use various painting techniques to give it a weathered metallic look. In part 1 I went over the fabricatoin of the Menpo and neck guard. In part 2 I will continue the process by making the Kabuto and rest of the helmet.
