I tried this but while I get the shadows, I also get some translucent black in part of the plane. But I watched your video several times and followed each step. Any suggestions?
Yes. You can either try to give more power to your main light source, or better, play around a bit with the values of the diffuse nodes, if you make it a little brighter it should work perfectly. Let me know if you got it?
@@Digitalfix-np8pq Hi Thanks for replying, the sahdow just disappears the moment I choose an environemt on HDRI..and when I unplug the HDRI the shadows appears again..I also have a light source in my scene
@@aleks8783 odd. My best suggestion is to play around a bit with the diffuse node in the node set up, also try lowering the brightness of your light source in the scene. You can also try clicking on and off transparency under output propeties/film to see the shadow without the surroundings...
