I NEVER THOUGHT OF HANGING THE HATCHET FROM An OVER THE SHOULDER SLING. I FIGURED ON A BELT SUPPORT. No WONDER MY PANTS KEEP FALLING DOWN. Good IDEA. Glad U DIDNT PLUNK YOUR PAtTERN IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR LEATHER PIECE. I APPROVE.O WASTE. Ii USED A STUD AND SLIT TO HOLD DOWN THE FLAP. I USED A SIMILAR FLAP ON THE HOLSTER FOR MY Walker COLT. My dye was vinegarroon.
Hello I WAS a BP shooter for a long time. Then a recent stroke put an end to that. Now I have a small hobby/business making Accoutrements and PC knives. Are there anymore videos from you (NMLRA) on these builds? I've watched every video you've put out so far, that I'm know of, but I want more. I'm interested in seeing a lot more of these "builds", and Jeff Luke is my hero in this area. Thank you. God bless: Two Feathers Proprietor of: The Mountain Man Emporium
I can't tell from the video, but is the leather sueded on both sides or just one? New into leatherworking and attempting to figure out which is best for these type of projects
@@nationalmuzzleloadingrifle8871 I appreciate the information! I was looking into a double-sided suede, smoked buckskin leather. Would that work as well?
