This seems like a good demonstration video I'd say, this is a perfect example for making a 2d game for mobile or pc. As a minecraft player who has made multiple mods this is a great example for me to use in a 'shooter' game. Thanks

Hadn't seen 'Irresponsible cameran guy...' animation for some time now. Nice, and to me, more accesible than the techinical tutorials. The distotorted voice effect in some instances made it difficult for me to understand the words. Thank you.

Perhaps I would have liked something similar for myself, in a very abstract image of course, because there wasn't anything even similar until I was waaay beyond your age. But another thing is that this activity could and should help your overall development in other things around your life. Prrhaps more under the animation than the other technical stuff. Tips: - If one projectile every .5 seconds is to slow for you, try one projectile every .25 seconds. - If one zombie spawning every second is too overkill for your taste, try 3 or 5 seconds.

want your zombie to disintegrate on death? go into the zombies code, move the delete this clone block and put an if block there. then put the delete clone block under it.after that's done, put a if touching block in the slot, and select the bullet.now you put a change ghost effect block, then and wait block, and change that to .2.then repeat the last step two more times. there you go!
I have done all of the code correctly and I am at 3:25 in the video but when I put the point towards mouse pointer in the code, instead of the sprite/Player staying on the spot looking towards the mouse pointer it is moving around in an invisible circle around the backdrop. Can you help please?

Pin please! If your having problems with the flag clicked thing when you move its because the flags not always running. How you solve this is Go to events, get the block when space key pressed, then set the key you want pressed to up arrow, down arrow, any arrow, and set the move button to 10, you get what i mean for moving. One last thing before you get to the video, if you want to have a good experience playing the zombies game, set up arrow to w and down to s and set right to d and set a to left, that way you can be quicker to get to the space button to shoot.
thx man i like the game i like how it turned out but if there is 1 thing i would change it is that the left and right in most games is how you turn this is how. if green flag clicked forever if right arrow pressed turn clock wise 15 degrease if left arrow pressed turn counter clock wise 15 degrease not point towards mouse pointer.
hey dude if you click it it will shoot bullet for .5 seconds if you hold it will automatic shoots bullet if bullet comes to muse pointer it will catch the bullet fix that!
im having trouble with the bullets. they start coming out of the screen instead of the player. but i coded it exactly the same as the vid. can you help me?
I have a problem with the point towards mouse pointer block, for some reason when it gets to close to the cursor it teleports...? (does anybody know how to solve this problem) it looks like cursor is repelling the player
