What size forstner bit did was used?

what is the minimal magnet strength needed to hold these shot glasses in place and not require the Incredible Hulk to pull them apart after use?

Little bit painful to watch if you want to do it properly, use metric measurements 😂. So much work easier just to drill 4 holes in the ski for the shot glasses. Then you’re also not limited to those 4 magnetic shot glasses. But great job
