hello! thanks for the comment. this was shot over MCO, therefore we were not able to get a full production team on board and had to do "home video" style shot on a Smartphone, hence the bad audio quality. I've been cooking Spanish omelette for years but do not use extra virgin olive oil to fry the potatoes and onions it just over powers the flavour. This is an authentic recipe though so good job. 😋
