Great work, Vimal...another style of speaker I can show my grandies how to make. You can make a speaker out of the conical coffee filters too...my grandaughters couldn't believe it...but it's not just about inspiring my grandies...it is just simply being with them...they are 13, and 9, respectively. Total sweethearts, so far..

Great work! You may want to consider using a colored background like a blue sheet or wood panel for these demonstrations as the components are easier to see on top of color. Looks great as is, too.

Hi Vimal. Would it be good to put a temporary spacer, maybe a few millimeters, between the coil and the magnet when making the speaker, and then remove it when finished to allow some downward movement of the coil I have seen other homemade speakers, but this is the best yet. Homemade paper cones, instead of plastic, might help, but the harder plastic is probably better for higher frequencies.

sir did you use neodymium magnet? how many turn of copper wire to make voice coil? & how many is the speaker impedance that you make that speaker like for ex. 4ohms 6 ohms 8ohms 16ohms ect.

How can you improve sound quality? Should you turn the copper wire around more or should you get a bigger magnet ? or some other way

increase the voltage coiling it to much will create resistance make sure amplifying the speaker and coil maych
