The most well know paper snowflake for Halloween is the one from The Nightmare before Christmas. Jack Skellington cuts a few shapes into a piece of folded paper, and when he opens it, reveals a spider. This paper snowflake pattern is modeled after Jack's Spider Snowflake. However, this one actually had six sides. It features six spiders.

How do u fold I know u show me in the first clip but it's a lil confusing

Either start with a square sheet of paper or create a square by folding a triangle from rectangle and cutting of the extra. With the square sheet of paper, fold it in half diagonally to make a triangle. Fold that triangle in half to mark the center. Unfold the previous step and fold into thirds using the previous fold as a center point. This is best done by overlapping the two sides and lining them both up before creasing the edges. Fold in half one more time. Remove the outer edges by cutting straight across from one folded edge to the other.

Don’t give up. It takes a few tries to get the folds right. You can download the template and see if that helps. Flake it till you make it!

You’re right, it is too fast to follow along. I try to make it fast enough that it doesn’t get too boring, but slow enough to see what’s going on. I may need to make a slower version for people to follow along and cut with me.
