@@gasoholics, unfortunately I sold all my recipes to another bait company a few years ago and deleted all of them from my computer. I now only use Mainline Baits or I ask Robin Norton from Nvoke Baits to make me fresh baits when I need.
@@gasoholics, Mainline Baits sell the Cell Basemix which is a coconut type mix and all you need to add is the Cell Activator and eggs. Bens Corner still has loads of basemix if you are interested.
Thank you GILBERT I AM INTERESTED INTHE BRAZIL NUT MIX YOU WE'RE TALKING ABOUT YOU SED TAKE THE BOILIES OF UPUR CHOICE, HOCONUF SHAVINGS, BRAZIL NUTS ,COCONUT FLAVOUR ECT I did very well two weeks ago with coconut on the caal River my wife and I landed over 40 from a house bout ,I was fising all the snags I could find. Great fun.
Most shops have Kamakura hooks in stock right now. SNZ Tackle, Bens Corner, Western Accessories Krugersdorp, All Out Angling, Tackle Cabin, Fishing Pro shop.
Mr Carpcatcher, I cut the ring off to give me additional free movement. You don’t need to, but lots of anglers prefer this as the bait sits closer to the lake bed too.
Sometimes I wonder if bailiffs understand rig mechanics at all. I have not had any mouth damage on a spinner rig since I started using it more than 4 years ago. Off course you need to use the right hook and size.
@@gilbertfoxcroft1377 I was a bailiff for a while and the only thing I was dead strong about, was death rigs ie, rigs that wouldn't shed the lead if the angler had a break.
@@Berealwith, correct. I run a lake called Aqua Paradiso and I have a big thing with dropping the lead and using barbless hooks while we still have snags in the lake. We are busy taking them out one at a time, but did find the Spinner rig actually causing very little mouth damage if any, but some other hook patterns do cause havvoc.
