Hi there, i like the way you had presented this art of making steel track. The music is also great, Suits the situation with backgroud noises which had done justice to the job. Its a great presentation.
Thanks for sharing your techniques. Very helpful. My biggest issue is bending the finished track into loops, etc. without breaking off the cross pieces.
I need some advice on how to get those bends for the curves. I’m using 14 gauge wire and when I bed it around a curved object it never holds the shape like in your video. Any tips?
Very nice I love watching mechanical videos thx for sharing. I was wondering what size ball you are using also the wire type and size thx. I might make one for my self thx.
@@xulahftw5108 sure, something like this. www.amazon.com//dp/B000H5WOX4/ it needs to be galvanized. this you can find at almost every shop. ill change it in the description.
Your work is super clean. I can only hope to do something like this in days. Where can I get a low rpm motor like that ? Did you solder the spiral to a shaft?
i cant find a wire like that on the web, the wires that come up in the search result are more steel ropes which are very flexible and not suitable. What do I have to type in to ebay to find this?
So... This just popped up in my recommended page Very nice music, and clean video presentation. *Achievement aquired! "Earn the subscription of an unsuspecting RU-vid user!"*
I got stuck on the part with the hammer. no matter how many times I hit the rings, they wont split. I even tried using a bigger hammer but it just broke my table.
