Coming from a commerce background, I sometimes feel that BCom or commerce-related courses should be banned altogether. They rarely cover finance-related topics comprehensively and don’t provide much insight into the industry. Moreover, the industry often doesn’t accept candidates with a bachelor or mba finance background, whereas fields like engineering or medical offer clear career paths and their graduates are readily accepted by their respective industries. Students in these fields also gain practical insights from the college level itself.

Even same thing happens in Banking. Commerce students don't have knowledge of mathematics like engineering and science students. So commerce graduate can't get jobs in Banks.
