Haha, what a pleasant surprise - I was just getting frustrated trying to figure out how to make my first time-lapse sequence, and your video is the first to pop up when I finally went to Google for answers. 😂😍 Great to see you Matt - thanks for this! It worked perfectly. 😁
Loved the edit, lacked a little saturation though to really be successful online. That low saturation only works on TV or smt, but definitely not Instagram. Great work though :p Btw I've just picked up timelapse after almost five years of landscape photography and your work really gave a boost to my motivation, so sincerely thanks for the free content!
I think I think my problem is finding the right time to actually get all these time lapse is because they usually do take around one to two hours if you want a really nice one. but other than that, thank you the video awesome job
Honestly not really, if the clouds are nice you can get away with a ten to twenty minute shot! Except for sunsets etc then you're spending about an hour and a half depending on the conditions
Hey, after few tries I found out why "image sequence" is not selectable! in fact you just have to select the FIRST image, and then tick the box "image sequence", it will import all files! that's completely absurd but this is windows... :p
It seems that Premiere Pro does not support .dng (raw) file type. When I take a timelapse with my camera, it creates a numerical series of raw images. I get an error when trying to import a raw file. Any suggestions on how to get these in to Premier Pro?
What I found annoying was PP's insistence for the purposes of this workflow to have directly sequential numbering. I can do this in Blender with the natural filenames created by my camera. No need to rename.
I'm very new to Premiere Pro, and when I drop my photos into the sequence I'm getting media pending. Do you have a solution for my workflow. Maybe my sequence settings or size of my jpegs? I do have my jpegs set at 300ppi and they are 15mb
Am I the only one that wants to know your workflow/how to on recording these videos? Obs Studio to record the screen then your 6D mkii, right? But how do you put it all together? Is your audio just a mic on the camera? I know there's a myriad of tutorials on this, but I'd rather learn a lot from a few vs some from so many
Aloha Matthew, saw your video on Timelapse in premiere and I'm interested in your ebook on Timelapse's. When I attempt to download the book, I get a message "forbidden" and no ebook. Am I doing something wrong?
