Sir I have 2 questions: 1) Resume 1 page ka hota hai or CV 2 ya 2 se zada pages ki. Kya Dubai ke lye resume bnana chahiay ya CV? 2) Visit visa par dubai ana hai to kya CV etc par Pakistan mention krun ya Dubai?
1. CV 2 se 3 pages ki hoti hai jo sab job applications par use ho sakti hai, Resume 1 page ki specific job application ke liye banai jaati hai. Dubai ke liye CV ziyada behtar hai. 2. Jab Dubai anay ke baad jobs par apply karo tu Dubai, UAE mention karo otherwise agar wahi se apply kar rahay ho tu Pakistan.
I would recommend you to get at least 2 years experience in your home country. Make your portfolio strong. After that you will have a lot of things to add in your CV. Dubai has tough competition. People come here from around the world that's why your profile and CV must be stronger.

It is up to you. If you have professional photo then add it. I always add it in my CV. But this is only for UAE. For example you are applying for Canada then don't add it.
