Looks great. I only have a dremel with the work station and flexible shaft attachment. my old dna200 boxmod broke. well to be exact the lipo got puffy and i replaced it but the connectors were different and the cable was too long and now it looks like an IED that can potentially blow up if the fire button gets stuck. it will at least burn out the coils so I wanted to use the dremel to make a mod out of wood and then thought about making more mods as some income. I dont have any money to buy the routing attachment so hopefully i can figure something out
Loved it looks good well done you could try a metal insert in aluminium polished would look very nice and match up with other metal parts on you mode box
@@codycottingham130 i know that bro, just stating that the price is a little steep for that kinda wood, also his wood working skills are a little poor for that kinda money. For $600 i want perfection not a 510 and a fire button crudely bored with a sanding wheel on a dremmel lol
Thanks for sharing how to make this! This would run for below $50/50 GBP or lower I believe. Yes, this is something more custom made and wooden, but currently there are some extremely cheap $10-20 box mods coming out of China with which you will be competing. Not to mention that for that price you can pick up a regulated kit, and for about 80-100GBP you pick up a top-of-the-line mod with an Evolv board inside. If you want to charge more -- try looking into stabilized wood mods with some nice regulated chip inside, like the Evolv DNA's.
custom wood boxes can go as high as 5000$, just depends on what you want to charge for them. stabilized wood & resin mods almost always go for more but your average box like that is gonna run anywhere from 100 to 200$
Demend on how exotic is wood in this case i would say about 80 ,90 or even 100 dolars per complete mod but u should ad some vent holes by the way nice job men i love it
You shuld make it open in other ways maybe from the bottom, or from the side... Maybe single batterry... It look very nice but also a Kindl of strange... But still a very good idea 🙃😗💨
since unregulated box mods ain’t that hyped any more something like this could sell for $50-70. If you could make a regulated single 18650 you could ask for $120-XXX, depending on the chip and the wood. You could check out fynemods from the UK🇬🇧, he does a nice work as well. If you are interested in some designs and maybe in a collaboration you can contact me. 🙆🏻♂️ (I‘m not that good with tools but I‘m able to draw some pretty stuff for your CNC)
I don'T know if you played with the sound direction balance but the sound coming from my right headset speaker is different from the left one and in a way that it is annoying :/
30 bucks? I'm sorry to inform you that with that amount of money you can't even buy all that is needed to make that box. I make my own mods (usually squonkers), and for a mechanical or an unregulated mod I need at least 60-70 euros to make it (everything included), of course using only high quality materials from Europe so it will outlive me. With 30 bucks you can buy a mass produced box made in China, which doesn't perform good and won't last and everyone has one so it is nothing unique, yet if it works for you then no problem of course. Hand made products need good material and work hours cost a lot in the western world. Boxes like this usually cost 100-200 euros minimum. Peace.
i would go for something fatter and shorter electronic & squonk or something mech with no electronic just squonk and thinner shorter and focus on bigger squonk bottle and 20700 battery.nice looking mod
well it is not just a box ,it is a wooden box mod if you dont know what is a wooden box mod is , here is what it is . . . . well i dont know also what it is 😁😁i googled it and didnt get it also😂
Zaki Elmihrisawy you probably mean venting holes. however... how should it "explode"? the plate is attached just with magnets, so no pressure at all and therefore no explosion. it'n not a mech tube where all parts are screwed.
i d pay 40 bucks for that it can have a much better value if you used a electronic chip instead of that. a pico 75w backup chip from fasttech will do fine and they 're pretty cheap or you can make a squank box mod they re good too then il pay around 100 - 160$ for itt
No one would pay near that price for a mech mod, even custom hand made if he's not a complete chump. Pieces that are completely unique with top of the line chips in them, like the DNA Evolv boards, and made out of stabilized wood (some being produced in the likes of 6 months) COULD go for the price of 400-600 and they go hard, it's not like they are flying off the shelves.
