As always, Tyler, you show us how to make a website or improve it! I'm at the improving stage 😊 One thing I noticed was the "blocks" you mentioned seem to be part of Elementor pro which bid don't have but I still accomplished what I needed by using the text edit and images. But showing how to use templates just made my day!! That was just magical, maybe that's going overboard a bit but it opened things up for me so much, so yes, magical!! Thank you 😊

@@zeeshanmalikmbauk7133 I think that the reason these things (as valuable as they can be) were not included is because this is a beginner's friendly tutorial intended for someone with zero knowledge about how WordPress works. Just gaining a basic understanding about how something works can seem daunting sometimes. If you throw in too many things at once, towards those who don't know anything at all about a subject, they could quickly feel overwhelmed or get the wrong impression that the subject may be too difficult or time consuming, to learn. Once the beginner gains a firm handle on the basics of how WordPress works, then he or she will be able to, with confidence & gusto, learn these other more advanced topics (if they desire to do so) on another video intended for more advanced students.

I am starting as well, and it is all quite overwhelming so designing the website can be quite stressful and it feels like going circles , not only do I have to think of the content but also learn how to design it, but after watching this video I feel more confident and I have just discovered that there are plenty other tutorials Tyler has done and I cant wait to see them all! Oh my Goodness! I've just finished watching and I actually think I will be able to do it !well with playing your tutorial a few times , backwards and forwards, pausing and rewinding 🙃but after a year of trying to design my website on wix and still not having it up I feel like me the linguist who has limited knowledge of tech can do it!You actually made me shout out loud WOW THAT'S COOL! and smile several times!and I feel pretty motivated! I feel totally lucky to have found your tutorial. I fully endorse this excellent and comprehensive 90 min site. I feel ready to start creating my first website and confident to reference the tutorial step by step as needed. In the beginning you clearly outlined the content phases you would cover. It would be great to have the timestamp for each of these areas (phases), to easily go back to the phase. Maybe repeating the visual list at the end with those times so we could take a snapshot and use for search. (?)

It was clear concise and broken down well. I have taken it further and made notes so that I can replicate the steps when needed. I don't leave comments, so trust me, I appreciated this!!! Good work, and keep it up. I hope you good ad rev from this!! Other notes. I have not checked your other videos (I will) but something I woulf find helpful and maybe other would too. Is if you created a series just for the different sections within Wordpress and your reccomendations, do's and don'ts and link it from this video. EG: Plugins Typography Backups etc. Cheers!
