How to Make a Zine & a selection of my homemade Zines and sketchbooks

I know there are several videos of how to make a small zine on RU-vid but here I share how I can quickly make a couple from single sheets of drawing paper. This is a fun method to have up your sleeve for when you want to reuse paper or old paintings and also to make little low-pressure sketchbooks.
Let me know if you want me to find (it is somewhere in my house - I hope) my zine book and make a couple more
I plan to fill up the two I make here and show them in my artist vlog at the end of the week.

yay - these are fun ! just nice to know how to fold one when you fancy something small and easy to fill

I love this! I've also seen folded zines like yours with three cuts instead of one, which allows you to use most/all of the pages. I totally forgot about making these, so much easier than sewing!

Hi Sonia. I love yr zines! The designs are great and original! They are really like mini art books. I love how bold and spontaneous you always are with the colours, patterns. It's very inspiring. I wish I could feel as free when I create😊. It would be so fun if you could one day, do a livestream art session... Great video and thank you for sharing❤

Thank you so much! I was hoping they would be inspiring and an easy project- see a number of artists do great livestream sessions here, not sure I'm at the stage to get my head round that and just about juggling committing to regular videos/patreon etc but who knows maybe someday ! thanks again

Loved this video!! I love making zines like this. I run a small in home daycare and we do giant scribbly paintings all the time that I fold into books for them. Sometimes I just have to keep them for myself and collage on top of because they look so cool.
