Do you know how to make the type of briefing animations that BIS made mate? I'm after a chap talking to the player's about the mission. The audio must sound human with proper lip sync if possible. Also what would be nice is a way of getting pics from UAVs or maps or mug shots on a white board to help the player's. I just can't make them like BIS do in the game. I understand this type of tutorial would be a long video but I think it would help so many people out in their missions. Many thanks

welsh2266 Making units play animations is easy, but having them lip sync with audio seems complicated and I've never done it. To my knowledge, you have to have a .lip file or some shit configured for it to work and then implement it through a script call. Putting an image on an object is also easy, depending on the object. I once had a PIP screen on an object, but forgot how to do it. I'll see if I can remember and do it some time this week/weekend.

Hey, This is pretty much what I want to do but... The opposite... I am trying to set up a trigger that when I leave the area it sounds an alarm and tells me that I am leaving the area and tells me to return.. I have the message come up when I leave my trigger but cant figure out how to make the alarm go off when I leave the area. Any ideas?

Got it working thank you, Now I am stuck on something else that I really want to get working... Is there anyway to have a trigger set that when a player enters it will make there game black and white or darkened? Basically I am making a mission that when people leave the play area they will get warnings then their screen will darken and if they keep going they will die for leaving.

+dzrealkiller There's a "Post Processing" module under the "Effects" category, I think. Set it to "Black & White" and syncronize it with the trigger. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll figure out what the post-process color correction values are for the black and white look.

Yep that worked, Thank you :) now to figure out how to set it up so when the mission ends I get a vote menu come up with a list of my missions so players can vote for the next mission :)

No idea what you're talking about, unless you mean the 2D editor. You can access it by pressing Ctrl+O when you click on Editor and select a map in the main menu.
