I like sweet, delicate, dehydrated crackers...a little different.

I used pumpkin seed pulp after making pumpkin seed tofu. Added marjoram, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, nutritional yeast. It was yummy, but something missing in the texture. Next time I might add wheat flour to give more substance and less crumbly. Or powdered psyllium...

I would have really liked to see how the crackers looked when they came out! I can't even see the finished product

Does it work with a blender instead of the food processor?

Do you have to dry out the pulp first?

So if I want to use an egg is that a replacement for the flaxseed?

Silly ? Can you freeze the pulp and then thaw out later when you use it

Is it necessary to use oil? Can it be omitted? TY

If you're using egg. Is it just the whites or whole. And how many.

I don't think I'm OCD but they left a bunch of dough in the mixture bowl 😳😂

When you are trying to get product out of the Robot Coupe, stick your finger into the hole in the bottom to keep the blade in place. Instead of using parchment paper, invest in Silpat sheets. Reusable and much easier to deal with especially when you are trying to flip those crackers.

They just fall apart on me when I try to flip them. They don’t hold together very well.

Damn! Was looking forward to making these till I remembered that I made my almond milk with dates 🙈
