I thought about cutting rib bones with the meat on them the adding to a soup without boiling it than tossing the ribs to broil in the oven for a few minutes. Not sure if anyone has done this. What do you think, Carl? You're my favorite RU-vid channel!
That sounds very interesting. How about after you cut the ribs season them with salt, pepper and garlic. Then saute them in a skillet to just brown them up, then add them to your soup to finish cooking. If you do this let me know how it turns out. Thank you so much for your support.
