Walking through a very tasty and easy recipe for making amazing crepes at home on the stove, yields about 8-10 crepes depending on the size (feeds roughly two people).
Crepe Recipe:
1.5 Cups Flour
1.0 Tablespoon Sugar
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 Teaspoon Salt
2.0 Cups 2% Milk
2.0 Eggs
2.0 Tablespoons Melted Butter (non-salted)
0.5 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
My recommendation is to top the finished crepes with a dusting of powdered sugar and then roll the crepe to reduce the mess and make it easier to eat them as quick as possible.
