How To Make Amazing Crepes At Home! Secret recipe from a French chef. Basic Crêpes.
Crepes ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 150 g | 5.3 oz
Sugar: 3 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
3 eggs
Whole milk: 550 ml | 18.6 fl oz
Unsalted butter: 50 g | 1.7 oz
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

Huge tip I found out when making "English pancakes" or crepes. When the pan is hot and you've put your knob of butter in the pan, *_wait for the butter to start to bubble before putting your mix in._* Then you'll get pancakes with that great bubbly texture to them 8-))... _This is making me very hungry now!_ ;-))...

@@FastEasyRecipes oui ça fait aussi ressortir la vanille et parfume un peu plus. Pour ma part, je mets moins de sel et moins de sucre, c'est juste un goût personnel. Avec un peu de caramel et de chocolat fondu, c'est une merveille
