Lhamo Tso la, thank you so much for showing and teaching us how to make 'Amdo Gore' Bhakleb so beautifully and simple. Awesome. I know that in India, with the limited resources with the kitchen stuffs, you have to be alert and need to improvise and have to modify or twist at times. However, yours turned out so well and a mouth watering one. Keep rocking and thanks again. I remembered my mother's cooking of all the different breads during my old days. Cheers.
