Ingredients
Amla 500g
Small red onions 100g
10-12 Garlic cloves
1TBSP mustard seeds
½ TSP fenugreek seeds
1 TSP turmeric powder
Salt
4 TBSP coconut oil
3 TBSP chilli powder
2 TBSP vinegar
½ TSP Kayam powder
Curry leaves
3 Redchilli pods
A piece of cinnamon
oil for deep fry
a cleaned bottle
Method
First, fry the amla
Next, red onions and garlic lightly fry in oil
Now, let's make the paste.
Pour the coconut oil.
Add fenugreek seeds
Add mustard seeds
Now, off the stove
Add curry leaves
Add chillies and cinnamon
Now add turmeric powder
Add chilli powder
Add vinegar
Now, pickle paste is ready.
Add pre-fried amla red onions and garlic.
Mix well
Let it cool for a few minutes.
