YEs! Love your focus on the interview! We are not fans of a solo customer testimonial because customers get nervous, awkward, talk too much/too little. QUESTION: Should the interviewer in the frame with the customer?
I typically don't have the interviewer on camera and I usually have the interviewee answer the questions as statements so that the video would make sense if you only hear the interviewees voice once it's edited
