To avoid too much salt next time, season the meat with seasoning and salt to initiate the cooking. Don't add salt again till the soup is ready then taste to know if you need to adjust your salt or seasoning. That way you will have no salt issues. I hope this helps.
Mine is not that white ooooo, pepper soup spice will definitely make yours darker than mine though. Try not to use pepper soup spice and see if there's any difference. Thank you!
