Good morning. My form i-130 denied, now I am preparing evidences to submit with appeal. Should I also submit form to represent myself or attorney on appeal or just submit appeal alone with evidences??
I received a denial that was as a result of service error . RFE was sent timely but the USCIS say they didn’t receive it . On my denial letter , I was told I may file a 290b for appeal to reopen or reconsideration or file EOIR to be be filed office . Please What should I do in my case knowing that the denial was due to a service error ?

My husband was refused his Green Card by the counselor officer stating "human smuggling" he was never charged of such crime and CBP has no records showing any documents at all after requesting a FOIA. We believe this is a false accusation. What do we do?
@@GrayLawTV in the interview the officer seemed like my husband was going to get his green card then sent an email that he was refused under 212 A 6 E ... We are working with a lawyer but there is nothing to be found with CBP ? Should we do a FOIA with the FBI & USCIS or appeal to the attorney general... I am a US citizen and we have children this is inhumane my husband had an illegal enter 10 years ago but he was never convicted of anything especially nothing to do with human smuggling
@@GrayLawTV if the CBP doesn't have any documents on the event for my husband than what could have the immigration officer at his interview be looking at to determine such a refusal statement.... There only is one news article.
How the heck do two different field offices give such contradictory instructions? Don't they follow the SAME LAW and the officers looking at these stick to using ONE checklist?

Gary omg my husband interview is in December in Juarez we started his papers in 2017 weeks are scared that we are going to fail its been so long so much has happened in these years what question do they ask we have been together for 12yrs married for 5 yrs what question do they ask
@@GrayLawTV oh trust me we have the I-601A waiver approved but still scared after 12 yrs together and 5 yrs married and 6yrs doing papers we are just scared our nerves are going crazy what question are they going to ask us after all these yrs we don't remember a lot at the beginning of our relationship that's what we are afraid

I have one doubt I applied for b1b2 even though my wife is us citizen. Bcz I had a baby boy recently and want to go n see. But they denied it and they asked only 2 questions. Why don’t you always put your office number on your video or you pin 📌 it down in all your videos. Because when people comment to get your phone number different people always send different numbers. But if you always put your number and email it will be very difficult for scammers to send emails or phone numbers to people in the comment section l.
