Overwhelmed right now, I was at work listening to 70s style music Teddy Pendergrass , Marvin Gaye, even Sam Cooke. Thinking to myself Dam I need to learn how to make that type of music.🕺🏾🕺🏾🕺🏾🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍
This is exactly what I been looking for! I'm now trying to make my own samples to flip to just avoid all the licensing and clearing issues that can arise and plus just getting tired of digging for samples of late. Also, trying to improve my sound selection. This was very helpful! Thank you!
Why has it taken so long to discover your channel? This is exactly the kind of works for me, no blah blah blah, no technical mumbo jumbo, and no chicanery. I'm already up and applying your techniques to my tracks. And I didn't have to watch the video 50 times first. Thank you

Really good info. I love that hip hop has stayed close to its sample creative roots. Most of us create our own vintage samples in this all digital world. Another tip which helps it to cut the bit depth in some sounds. Anyway thanks. I subscribed brother.
Turn that triangular law thing in your settings first to see if that works. Then try and stereo image and saturate the sample and eq both the drums and samples but panning is key 🔑 tbh bro
