SERVES: 550 gm Cake (10 Slices)
INGREDIENTS:
Cake Base:
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Yogurt/Curd (दही)
• 1 Cup (130 gm) Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• ¼ Cup (20 gm) Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर)
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Oil (तेल)
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Milk (दूध)
• 1 & ½ Cup (180 gm) All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा)
• 1 & ½ Tsp (6 gm) Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp (3 gm) Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा/मीठा सोडा)
Honey Syrup:
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Water (पानी)
• 2 Tsp Sugar (चीनी)
• 1 Tsp Honey (शेहेद)
Topping:
• 4-5 Tbsp (50-60 gm) Mixed Fruit Jam (जैम)
• 1-2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut (नारियल का बूरा)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 35-40 min.
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 30-35 min.
