Recipe and Directions:
2 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 Cup of Sugar
3 1/2 TSP of Baking Powder
1 TSP Salt
3 TBSP Oil (I used olive oil)
3/4 Cup of Milk
1 Egg
2 Overripe Bananas
1 Cup of Chopped Nuts (Optional, I did not use them)
Preheat Oven to 325 or 350 Degrees (depends on oven, you may need to try it out both ways to perfect your banana bread)
Grease you loaf pan.
Mash the bananas in a bowl and then add all other ingredients.
Mix all together and pour into loaf pan
Bake at 325 or 350 for 55 minutes. Check the middle with a fork or tooth pick. If there is no gooey batter on it then it is finished. If there is, put back in oven for 5-10 more minutes.
