Now let me tell you like bananas and every fruit in my house are hard to make them last and best yet get ripe to it’s full potential but on the times my kids allow bananas to ripe I take advantage of it and make banana bread! Nothing beats homemade I mean it!!!! Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hours, Make sure you check the bread after 50 minutes!
ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
1 stick of melted butter
2 eggs at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup dsrk brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips
