Banana Fritters
6 overripe banana
1 1/2 +1/4 cup of flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 tbs of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Saltfish
2 bags of salted cod
1 cup of onion
4 cloves of garlic
1cup of sweet peppers
1 can of tomato sauce
Thyme and rosemary (use your discretion)
1/2 cup of water
6 cracks of black better
2 Tbs of Everything Seasoning
Italian seasoning (use your discretion)
Chop up
2 bag of frozen spinach
1 bag of frozen okra
1/2 of a stick of butter
Salt and black pepper (use your discretion)
2 tbs of the saltfish sauce
