Can you tell me what is the difference between ling Fish and salt fish? In the US there are different types of dried fish but I never saw one Called ling fish
Not exactly sure how they are sold in the US but here they look the same for the most part but ling fish has a softer texture to that of the roughness of salt fish. When we are lazy we just use the packaged salted pollock.
